Notre client est une société présente en Suisse Romande depuis 40 ans, qui développe et intègre ses propres ERP métier. Comptant aujourd’hui 60 collaborateurs, elle propose également des services d’infrastructure réseau, d’hébergement et d’infogérance.

A ce poste de management opérationnel, vous reportez au COO. Vous assumez la gestion hiérarchique d’une équipe de 12 personnes dans le domaine de l’infrastructure et des services IT. Votre rôle est d’en gérer les opérations, les ressources et les budgets. Vous mettez en place les stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs, tout en développant et entretenant des relations clients solides.

En tant qu’IT Department Manager, vous participez à la validation et la planification des projets et des offres. Vous assurez le suivi et la visibilité du plan de charges de vos équipes.
Tout en assurant une relation régulière et proactive auprès des clients, vous coordonnez les consultants IT dans le cadre de projets transversaux pour une démarche qualité efficace.

Vous possédez une solide connaissance opérationnelle de l’infra, de la sécurité, de l’intégration de solutions, des solutions d’infogérance. Cette expérience transverse fait de vous une personne de confiance, crédible en interne et auprès des clients. Enfin, votre expérience du management et du reporting vous permettent de contribuer de façon déterminante aux grandes orientations de l’offre de la société et à sa croissance.

SAP FICO Technico functional consultant

For one of our major clients in Switzerland, we are recruiting a SAP FICO Technico functional consultant .

You must be in possession of a valid Swiss work permit or eligible to it.

In this position, you act as a functional and technical analyst in assigned SAP projects and activities. You have 3 to 5 years of technical experience as an Abap developer, with a good understanding of the FI and/or CO business business expectations, which you are able to design, configure, customize and implement.

As you will join and reinforce a small team, polyvalence and curiosity to address different topics are strong assets. This position is a real opportunity to acquire and broaden additional knowledge, by working on transverse topics related to a full scope of business modules. These modules include SD, MM, PP and QM . You will work in collaboration with internal departments, local IT organizations and external partners to deliver the SAP solutions.

Consequently, your main responsibilities will include:
– Create, document and maintain process flows
– Defines functional and technical specification including interfaces management
– ABAP Development
– Analyze change requests and complex issues applying the appropriate solution
– Key-users training and documentation
– Support in the internal and external IT audits (Change Management, Security, …)

This position is a great opportunity if you are proactive and responsible, with strong communication abilities, as well as pronounced stakeholder relationship skills. Customer, service and solution oriented, you are used to work in fast moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.

Your role

The team of 12-15 people that you will manage is composed of project managers, functional experts and developers. It is tructured in self-organized teams and driven by objectives.
Your role covers 2 major lines:
->For about 35%, an operational project leader role within the team, responsible for a portfolio of clients
->A Team Leader role up to about 65%, who acts as a link between the team and management, ensuring the smooth running of the team.
As such, you support your team in its growth, organization and delivery of ERP projects for its customers. Also, you are directly involved in budgeting, invoicing, forecasts, targets, project resource allocations, communication…

As a Team Lead, you represent the Business Unit to the clients. It means you are the go-to person for escalation related matters, as well as for external events and meetings.
As the ERP Business Team Leader, you manage the individual KPIs, annual appraisals, targets. You are involved in the recruitment efforts, training and onboarding of the new resources.

Consequently, this position is very challenging and very central in the organic growth of the Business Unit and the company. Therefore, it requires a strong experience in a similar role, or, for instance, as a confirmed project manager with a will to take team leading responsibilities. Logically, you display solid skills in communication, with a proven ability to gather teammates around a common team project.
