Our client is a major international group, headquartered in Switzerland. In this newly created position, we are looking for their Senior System Architect & Lead Control Systems.
For this key role, we are looking for a candidate holding a Master in Engineering with 12 years of experience in architecture in the domain of combustion engines. A project team leading experience is required.

As an architect, your scope of responsibility covers defining, maintaining and evaluating System Architectures for Control Systems mainly for the combustion engines business line, with strong focus on reusability, quality and performance.
In this rare position, you will act as a project team lead. No hierarchical management but this role offers you the possibility to have a 30 people department contributing to your project in dotted line. You will design, build, develop and improve new system architecture (HW, SW), cooperating with various internal and external stakeholders .

Für einen unserer Kunden, ein starkes Unternehmen in der Zentralschweiz, suchen wir einen Data Production / MES Specialist. Sie sind Teil eines kleinen deutsch- und französischsprachigen Teams und berichten an den Leiter der IT-Produktion.
Sie haben 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktion / Automatisierung mit einem Hang zur IT oder umgekehrt. Sie werden vollständig in das Produktions-Ökosystem des Kunden eingearbeitet.
In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Qualität der Daten, von der Erfassung an den Produktionsmaschinen bis zur Einspeisung in das MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Sie konfigurieren die Server und den Datenempfang, schließen neue Systeme an und konfigurieren den Maschinenprozess zum MES. Sie überwachen und betreiben die technische Infrastruktur in Bezug auf Nutzung und Performance. Gemeinsam mit der Industrialisierung legen Sie die Strategie und die Standards fest.
Sie arbeiten sowohl im Projektbetrieb als auch in der betrieblichen Instandhaltung. Diese Position spielt eine Schlüsselrolle im industriellen Kerngeschäft des Kunden, da sie die ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung der von den Produktionslinien gemeldeten Informationen und die Anpassung der Qualitätskontrolle (Teilequalität, Fehler, Bestandsanpassung usw.) gewährleistet. Sie erfordert Rufbereitschaft und Eingriffe außerhalb der normalen Arbeitszeiten im Zusammenhang mit Maschinenstillständen.
Notre client intervient en Recherche et Développement sur des projets ambitieux liant des nouvelles technologies digitales, électroniques et mécatroniques. Dans le cadre de sa croissance, il recherche son nouveau (h/f) Chef de projet technologies et industrialisation.
Ce poste implique un rôle de coordination d’équipe et de gestion de projet, tout en conservant un rôle très opérationnel en développement et en testing. Le poste demande des expériences fortes en électronique, en industrialisation et en gestion de projets.
Dans ce rôle, vous coordonnez une petite équipe multidisciplinaire, vous permettant d’avoir une vue d’ensemble et de développer et fiabiliser de nouvelles technologies. Vous intégrez ces technologies dans un produit conforme aux besoins clients et aux contraintes d’industrialisation (Design for Manufacturing, coûts). Tout en suivant les processus de développement, votre rôle consiste également à respecter les objectifs de coûts et de délais, rédiger et tenir à jour les spécifications techniques produits, apporter et soutenir des solutions innovantes et assurer une communication fluide sur les points d’avancement auprès du management.
Vous êtes force de proposition et évaluez la faisabilité technique de nouvelles architectures produits (Mécanique, HW, SW) Vous participez au développement des interfaces utilisateurs (UI) de produits connectés, afin d’optimiser l’expérience utilisateur (UX) Vous contribuez aux essais de développement des technologies en programmant les bancs de tests et démonstrateurs (C/C++, DocLight ou Matlab)
