For one of our clients in Switzerland, we are recruiting a Project Portfolio Manager, with a fluent French, German and English.

This permanent position sits in the Project Management Office of a 6000+ employees company. Your role will be to manage the roadmap of the Digitalisation programme, coordinating the different projects of that program by creating, implementing and running the relevant strategies, processes, organizations and systems to a performant delivery.

The Project Portfolio Manager guarantees the right project manager with the right skills and tools to deliver the expected outcome.

The successful candidate will have a strong experience as an IT Project Manager for organizational projects across the board. You show good organization and communication skills, and you are comfortable in an agile and flexible environment (matrix organization).

You distinguish yourself by your analytical mind and your design skills. In your solutions, you always take into account the company’s strategy. You know how to apply traditional and agile methods and can implement them efficiently, depending on the situation.

Even under heavy workloads, you are able to remain calm and in control of the situation. You are familiar with different project methods and can also communicate them.

Senior SAP Program Manager

As a key role in our client’s ambitious digitalization strategy, we are recruiting their Senior SAP Program Manager in Switzerland.

In this position, you will be responsibile for defining the necessary projects, planning the transformation, coordinating and monitoring a rich, varied and evolving portfolio of projects. It is your role to lead a population of about 10 dedicated project managers.

This newly created role covers a wide scope of Digital Transformation programs. Specifically, the migration to S/4 Hana and the interfacing with the client’s complex IT landscape is the first main phase to embrace.

For the most part, the projects in these programmes are essentially organisational: changes of systems, organisation, processes. They involve about 10 project managers you will lead in dotted line management.

You will report to the Head of Innovation & Transformation. Your main internal interlocutors are the Project Managers, the Business Process Owners, the PMO. Additionally, you also interface with the Steering Committee, the Head of Business Unit, the Head of Digital.

This strategic position requires a significant seniority, including a proven track of record driving a complex migration to SAP S4 Hana.

Consequently, as a successful candidate, you demonstrate agility, a sense of digital and human, the ability to accompany teams through change and to act as a role model. You stand out for your analytical skills and teamwork as well as your great autonomy.

Thanks to your communication skills, you know how to convince your interlocutors, whatever the level of hierarchy. Besides, you understand complex problems quickly and are able to break them down to find pragmatic solutions. You are distinguished by your personal commitment and sense of responsibility.

A fluent English level is mandatory, as well as a fluent French or German. Obviously, fluency in the three languages is a strong advantage to be a Senior SAP Program Manager in Switzerland. No sponsorship for a visa, all candidates must be eligible for a work permit.

A ce poste, vous avez pour tâche de mettre en place la stratégie de développement de l’entreprise en collaboration avec la direction
Vous encadrez les membres de votre équipe dans leurs domaines fonctionnels ou techniques (métier, produit, méthode)
Vous proposez de nouvelles évolutions pour optimiser le service auprès du client

Vous réalisez le suivi administratif du team:
Analyse hebdomadaire des objectifs/résultats et KPIs, entretiens d’évaluation
Analyse des besoins du team et élaboration du plan de formation continue
Recrutement et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
Planification des campagnes et des actions de marketing/communication avec le département Marketing, veille technologique
