Notre client est une société présente en Suisse Romande depuis 40 ans, qui développe et intègre ses propres ERP métier. Comptant aujourd’hui 60 collaborateurs, elle propose également des services d’infrastructure réseau, d’hébergement et d’infogérance.

A ce poste de management opérationnel, vous reportez au COO. Vous assumez la gestion hiérarchique d’une équipe de 12 personnes dans le domaine de l’infrastructure et des services IT. Votre rôle est d’en gérer les opérations, les ressources et les budgets. Vous mettez en place les stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs, tout en développant et entretenant des relations clients solides.

En tant qu’IT Department Manager, vous participez à la validation et la planification des projets et des offres. Vous assurez le suivi et la visibilité du plan de charges de vos équipes.
Tout en assurant une relation régulière et proactive auprès des clients, vous coordonnez les consultants IT dans le cadre de projets transversaux pour une démarche qualité efficace.

Vous possédez une solide connaissance opérationnelle de l’infra, de la sécurité, de l’intégration de solutions, des solutions d’infogérance. Cette expérience transverse fait de vous une personne de confiance, crédible en interne et auprès des clients. Enfin, votre expérience du management et du reporting vous permettent de contribuer de façon déterminante aux grandes orientations de l’offre de la société et à sa croissance.

Are you looking for a position as an Information Security Analyst in Switzerland? This is a new opening (french and german fluent) in a growing team.

The company is a subsdiary of a large international group, which is very much developing and implementing its Information Security strategy.

In this organisation, you are the referent for Information Security topics. You are bridging between the Group Info Sec teams and the internal stakeholders, line managers, users and the IT team.

As an Information Security Analyst, you are the single point of contact to help implementing Group’s cybersecurity policy, and audits. You evaluate and support people’s needs in terms of e-learning, document tests, security, emergency policies, and procedures. As the Group’s and your colleagues go-to person, you contribute to the Group’s audits, and make sure the importance of information security culture is understood.

One of your main tasks will be to establish an information security culture in line with the company’s tradition and vision, which puts people first.
Consequently, the implementation of information security measures, employee awareness and risk management will be your main operational priorities.

Therefore, this position requires strong communication skills, in French and English. You should demonstrate good coordination qualities, and rigourous controlling/reporting competences. This position requires social skills to work well with the people, so to raise and promote information security awareness.

The company is very much developing a number of Information Security initiatives, and raising awareness across the board.

In this 6000 person organisation, you are responsible for the « Information Security » program in the Digital area. You develop it with the help of the Group strategy and the Digital roadmap. As Information Security Manager, you liaise with the Group Chief Information Security Officer . Your are responsible for implementing the central vision, mission and strategy of the client.

One of your main tasks will be to establish an information security culture in line with the company’s tradition and vision, which puts people first.
Consequently, the implementation of information security measures, employee awareness and risk management will be your main operational priorities.

You have several years’ experience in the field of information security, in planning and implementing projects, in managing project staff and in coordinating with other project managers, or you are willing to undertake corresponding training. In addition, you are able to manage resources in line with business management principles, and have excellent teamwork skills.

You will also maintain contacts with the internal and external organizational units responsible for security.
