Great news! We have an exciting new management position open, as are looking for our client’s new Head of Applications Development (Digital division). This position requires fluent french & german.
Your strong leadership qualities are recognized as strong assets. You are comfortable with managing a team of technical specialists that cover a full scope of technologies including CAx, PLM, SAP, MES, CAQ, and Microsoft (Sharepoint, .Net, VB net etc….)
In this management position, you will be responsible for the personal and technical management of the digital team (approx. 20 employees). In addition to resource planning, career development and training, you will be responsible for the professional execution of technical development delivery for the company as a whole.
As a Head of Applications Development (Digital division), your role includes the following main tasks:
. Technical and personal supervision of a highly motivated team
. Planning, prioritizing and coordinating tasks within the team and with other positions
. Support, management and ongoing development of existing applications according to portfolio
. Technical support and advice to customers
. Full or partial project management in the field of application development.
. Development of new applications
. Definition of development strategy
. Development of skills and resources in line with strategy
. Responsibility for cost centers and budget
. Promoting cultural transition and maintaining a pleasant working environment
