Description
Key Responsibilities are:
-Own End to end integration across Ariba, SAP ECC(ERP&VIM) and SAP PI/PO.
-Analyze the functional processes, liaise with functional lead and define technical processes/interfaces and fits to the technical infrastructure.
-Proactively organize and lead workshops to drive consensus and decisions
-Work in partnership with functional team to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
-Own and maintain Ariba integration document.
-Configure connections between Ariba and SAP ECC
-Close collaboration with Integration team to validate ECC and middleware developments
-Guidance to the Project Manager and Solution lead on typical challenges and possible mitigations
-Maintain and update the Ariba Interface specification documents
-Validate ERP Functional requirement /Technical requirement documentation produced by the Integration team
-Preparation of SIT and UAT scripts and validation of E2E scenarios with Integration team.
-Validate Integration team scripts for ERP and middleware from a technical perspective
-Lead preparation of cutover plan and Go live support
Requisite Experience:
-5+years of Ariba technical expertise
-Fluent English
-Ideally 2+ full cycle successful large scale Ariba Implementations as a technical lead
-Previous management consulting experience as an Ariba technical consultant with strong technical expertise of Ariba Buying and invoicing
-Deep technical understanding of SAP ECC and SAP VIM and SSO
-Proven expertise in approval workflows in Ariba and ECC
-Ability to coordinate and work in challenging environment with tight timelines
