Description
This position reports to the Procure to Order lead, which the functional consultant will support to deliver the project.
Key Responsibilities are:
• Support the functional lead with configuration, testing and documentation, prepare UAT scripts and validate scenarios
• Help organize and participate to workshops , contribute with functional expertise , scribe processes and document outcomes
• Help translate business requirements into system requirements and finalize use cases, maintain reqs traceability , support preparation of training material and run training sessions
• Manage system requirements in Ariba downstream and Ariba network and maintain Procure to Order requirements traceability matrix.
• Help configuring Ariba P2O and Ariba network and provide functional requirements in technical developments
• Maintain and update the overall Business process and functional design documentation
Requested Experience:
• 2 years on Ariba downstream functional roles
• Significant experience as a functional consultant in a full cycle successful large Ariba Implementation.
• Consulting experience as an Ariba functional consultant with strong functional expertise of Ariba buying and Ariba Network
• Understanding of SAP Materials Management and ideally of SAP VIM
• Understanding of Ariba upstream modules and interfacing with downstream
• Capacity to work in a fast paced environment with tight timelines
