To strengthen the information systems team of our client, a major international brand in Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Lead.
You own or you are eligible to obtaining a valid Swiss work permit.
Your responsibilities will include writing the technical specifications for new developments of the platform, testing and validating developments made by external agencies, arbitrating technical choices and coordinating the project.
With a proven track record of implementing Salesforce Commerce, you know how to work closely with internal staff and external partners to help deliver projects on time. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating them to stakeholders. You will need to be able to explain your team’s analyses and recommendations to management and discuss technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. This coordination role requires a person capable of keeping an overview, and being the guarantor of the provider’s compliance with the technical core model.

After training as a developer, you gained experience with Salesforce Commerce as a developer/project manager. You must have a solid technical knowledge of Internet technologies and have worked on web applications built under SFCC.
Open to new technologies, proactive, you are able to communicate effectively with experienced developers, quality assurance referents and several external teams.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, you are comfortable multi-tasking across multiple projects and have the ability to manage delivery well.
