Our client is one of the most renowned Swiss brands. For their S4 Hana migration project, we are recruiting their next Senior SAP Sales S4 Hana Business Analyst (m/f).
This position reports to the Head of IT. You are the strategic referent to the Sales Business line, and participate actively to the migration to S/4HANA .
You will run the workshops with the Business stakeholders, design and implement the solution, act as the L2/L3 support SPOC and coordinate with the developers, and ensure the delivery for your Business Line, including and carrying out the unit tests and, if necessary, integration and non-regression tests.
You will ensure the Change management to the Business stakeholders, coach, lead, train them.

Your profile:
-Several years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in SAP implementations, SAP migrations and SAP integrations.
-A solid S4 Hana full project experience is mandatory
-A significant experience in managing change and sponsoring Change Management methodology implementation
-A strong experience of project management in complex, international environments, interacting with a wide variety of contributors and cultures
-Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven track of experience liaising with BPOs, Head of and C-level sponsors

-Good knowledge of Project Management tools – SAP Activate and Solman
