Your role
The team of 12-15 people that you will manage is composed of project managers, functional experts and developers. It is tructured in self-organized teams and driven by objectives. Your role covers 2 major lines: ->For about 35%, an operational project leader role within the team, responsible for a portfolio of clients ->A Team Leader role up to about 65%, who acts as a link between the team and management, ensuring the smooth running of the team. As such, you support your team in its growth, organization and delivery of ERP projects for its customers. As a Team Lead, you represent the Business Unit to the clients. It means you are the go-to person for escalation related matters, as well as for external events and meetings. As the ERP Business Team Leader, you manage the individual KPIs, annual appraisals, targets. You are involved in the recruitment efforts, training and onboarding of the new resources.

Your Profile
Consequently, this position is very challenging and very central in the organic growth of the Business Unit and the company. It provides you with a full, end-to-end overview of the projects, the development of new solutions, the relationship with the clients, anticipating and meeting market expectations. This function is very much multi-angle, at the very crossroad of most of the company’s flows.
Therefore, it requires a strong experience in a similar role, or, for instance, as a confirmed project manager with a will to take team leading responsibilities. Logically, you display solid skills in communication, with a proven ability to gather teammates around a common team project. You are a structured, organized professional, keen on taking challenges. You appreciate working with colleagues from different European countries and in several languages (English, German, French).

A ce poste, vous serez référent métier et IT du projet de migration et d’intégration, de bout en bout, de la phase d’analyse des besoins, au conseil, au maquettage, la mise en place, jusqu’au golive et support post go live. Vous ferez vivre les sujets liés au core business du client, et serez également le point de contact des contributeurs externes et partenaires en termes de best practices.
Vous disposez de très bonnes connaissances fonctionnelles en logistique et production. Vous avez également une expérience réussie en gestion de projet d’intégration SAP et processus de change management.
For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland who is reinforcing its team, we are recruiting a Business Analyst Infor M3-Manufacturing on a permanent basis.
The position is permanent, with 2 days of home office per week.
As part of a small team, you will provide leadership in the successful implementation of M3 Manufacturing across the company’s global operations. As such, you will be involved in the end-to-end delivery of one or more services to the business (mainly focused on Infor M3) by liaising with IT to propose possible solutions, in project and maintenance mode.
In this position, you will lead the analysis of a specific Manufacturing domain and business processes. You will set up, configure and test new workflows, and implement interfaces with other ERPs. You will be responsible for establishing the necessary budget to develop, deliver and support best practice services in accordance with the group roadmap and agreed service level agreements.
Finally, you will provide training and support to Key Users and Super Users.
