For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland, we are recruiting for a permanent position of Business Analyst Infor M3-Finance.
The position is permanent, with 2 days of home office per week (40%).
As part of a small team, you will provide leadership in the successful implementation of M3 Finance and Accounting across the company’s global operations. As such, you will be involved in the end-to-end delivery of one or more services to the business (primarily focused on Infor M3), liaising with IT to propose possible solutions, in project and maintenance mode.
In this position, you will lead the analysis of a specific financial domain and business process. You will establish, configure and test new flows. You will be responsible for establishing the budget necessary to develop, deliver and support best practice services in accordance with the group roadmap and agreed service level agreements.
Finally, you will provide training and support to Key Users and Super Users.
Pour un de nos clients, nous recherchons en CDI un.e Business Analyst SAP transverse, avec un focus idéalement sur le domaine Production et/ou Logistique (PP QM / MM SD).
Vous interviendrez en tant que référent fonctionnel et intègrera une petite équipe IT, amenant à ce poste une forte part d’autonomie.
Votre rôle sera de:
-Conseiller les différents services opérationnels dans l’amélioration de leur structure (mise en place et amélioration de processus)

-Analyser les besoins spécifiques de l’entreprise afin d’optimiser les méthodes et les processus -Entreprendre les modifications de configuration du système SAP et être point de support du métier pour les opérations de data migration
-Conduire le change management suite aux modifications du système d’information et accompagner les opérationnels dans l’application de ces actions sur le terrain, notamment par la prise en charge de la formation continue, de la documentation et du support auprès des key-users SAP
Une expérience projet préalable réussie en gestion de projet d’intégration SAP et processus de change management (implémentation / migration) sera un atout significatif.
In dieser Managerposition werden Sie zwei Hauptaufgaben haben. Als Head of SAP Business Analysts leiten Sie ein Team von 5 Business Analysten mit funktionaler Verantwortung für alle SAP-Module innerhalb von SAP CC (SD-MM, FICO, MDM/MDG, PS usw.). Sie werden insbesondere für die Geschäftsanalyse im Bereich HCM zuständig sein. Die Stelle ist dem Leiter von SAP CC unterstellt.
In dieser Funktion koordinieren Sie das Team bei der Projektleitung und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung aller SAP-Module, bei der Analyse neuer Anforderungen, dem Design und der Konfiguration neuer Lösungen sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern.
Die Position erfordert 8-10 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Bereich SAP HCM (Prozess, Customizing, Spezifikationserstellung, Lösungsdesign…) und mindestens eine erste erfolgreiche Erfahrung als Teamleiter.
Für die Stelle sind fließende Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse sowie fließende Konversation in der jeweils anderen Sprache erforderlich.
