Notre client est une référence mondiale de l’industrie et une marque iconique. Afin d’accompagner sa croissance et les besoins métiers, il ouvre un nouveau poste d’Ingénieur intégrateur d’applications.

A ce poste, vous assurez l’installation et la maintenance des solutions pour les clients internes des Services Généraux, Sureté, Sécurité et Environnement. Vous gérez les demandes d’évolutions, en assurant l’analyse et la delivery des besoins exprimés par les clients.
Vous coordonnez les activités techniques avec les autres services du Système d’Information, notamment infrastructure, systèmes et télécommunications.

Vous intégrez les différentes applications qui gèrent les services généraux et les bâtiments. Vous assurez le Run et le troubleshooting de Niveau 3 des applications critiques.

Vous intervenez en tant qu’Ingénieur intégrateur d’applications pour une marque mondiale. A ce titre, vous êtes également l’interlocuteur SI auprès des fournisseurs étrangers des Services Généraux, Sécurité, Accès, Réseaux de surveillance. Le poste requiert donc un excellent niveau d’anglais.

In this management position, you will be responsible for the personal and technical management of the HR Services team (approx. 20 employees). In addition to resource planning, career development and training, you will be responsible for the professional execution of HR administrative services for the company as a whole.

As a HR Shared Services Manager, your role includes the following main tasks:

  • You are responsible for all payroll administration processes
  • You ensure the monitoring of technical system interfaces
  • You are a contact person for all questions or requests concerning the of the HR systems (development or optimization, including time recording system).
  • Contact person for employees in matters relating to employment law and social insurance, for various offices.
  • You ensure the coordination of task allocation within the HR Services department
  • Responsible for entering and transferring master and payroll data to SAP. That includes the execution of the technical payroll cycle.
  • You take ownership of the design of organization, processes and documents in the HR Services area with a logic to continuous process optimization.
  • Active collaboration and support in various HR projects with internal and external contributors

Are you looking for a position as an Information Security Analyst in Switzerland? This is a new opening (french and german fluent) in a growing team.

The company is a subsdiary of a large international group, which is very much developing and implementing its Information Security strategy.

In this organisation, you are the referent for Information Security topics. You are bridging between the Group Info Sec teams and the internal stakeholders, line managers, users and the IT team.

As an Information Security Analyst, you are the single point of contact to help implementing Group’s cybersecurity policy, and audits. You evaluate and support people’s needs in terms of e-learning, document tests, security, emergency policies, and procedures. As the Group’s and your colleagues go-to person, you contribute to the Group’s audits, and make sure the importance of information security culture is understood.

One of your main tasks will be to establish an information security culture in line with the company’s tradition and vision, which puts people first.
Consequently, the implementation of information security measures, employee awareness and risk management will be your main operational priorities.

Therefore, this position requires strong communication skills, in French and English. You should demonstrate good coordination qualities, and rigourous controlling/reporting competences. This position requires social skills to work well with the people, so to raise and promote information security awareness.
