We are currently searching a senior CRM & global E-mail specialist for a large, global Swiss company. The position is bas at the client’s global HQ.
In this position you will cover 2 roles:
You will be Responsible for the global newsletter program, and as such be in charge of driving the email & newsletter strategy and operational actions at global scale (loyalty, trigger email, transactional email, click& collect, social media…)
Handle markets’ needs and manage the email structure, in line with the main collection
launches, collaborations and the marketing focuses
Train the local team for their newsletter campaigns management
Ensure a daily support to the local team and challenge on analytics and main KPIs
Monitor and constantly improve the campaigns based on testing
Track and analyse visitors behaviour on the platforms using Web Analytics
You will actively participate to the migration from the current CRM solution to a fully integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud marketing automation

Our client is looking for their new Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead.
For this position you must be eligible to a Swiss work permit.
Your role will be to interface with business users and leaders in every department to understand their needs and effectively communicate those needs back to the development team / external agencies
You will also: define technical solutions and act in a leadership role to provide technical guidance to team members within an Agile Development Environment. Write technical specifications for new developments of the platform, testing and validating developments made by external agencies, arbitrating technical choices and coordinating the project.
Translate the business requirements into Technical System Requirements and Technical Design Specifications Act as Technical Architect for all project related to Salesforce products and satellites systems (OMS) and resolve major issues impacting delivery Implement Salesforce solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability
Lead release and deployment processes for assigned projects with support of internal developers / external agencies Diagnose and solve technical problems related to Commerce Cloud platform and process linked to external platforms / 3rd party platform
Manage technical risks related to complexity, data integration, scalability and performance Develop and independently run global projects end-to-end, including ownership to ensure successful planning, execution, analysis and communication of projects Stay updated about Salesforce platforms, releases, and new features & functionalities
