Our client is one of the most renowned Swiss brands. For their S4 Hana migration project, we are recruiting their next Senior SAP S4 Hana Business Analyst , Sourcing & Procurement (m/f).
This position reports to the Head of IT. You are the strategic referent to the Sales Business line, and participate actively to the migration to S/4HANA .
You will run the workshops with the Business stakeholders, design and implement the solution, act as the L2/L3 support SPOC and coordinate with the developers, and ensure the delivery for your Business Line, including and carrying out the unit tests and, if necessary, integration and non-regression tests.
You will ensure the Change management to the Business stakeholders, coach, lead, train them.

Notre client est une société suisse prestigieuse, à taille humaine, active au niveau mondial. Nous recherchons son nouveau Business Analyst SAP S4/Hana 02C – P2P (Français, Anglais) pour un démarrage ASAP.
A ce poste, vous serez le Business Analyst référent pour l’ensemble des clients internes et externes de la société sur les flux SAP Sales. A ce poste, vous accompagnerez le métier dans la maintenance évolutive de leur Run mais aussi dans la mise en place des projets S4/Hana.
Vous réaliserez l’analyse de leurs besoins, évaluerez leur pertinence, rédigerez les specs générales et détaillées. Vous assurerez la modélisation puis le paramétrage des solutions O2C sur S4/Hana, réaliserez les tests fonctionnels, coordonnerez les efforts menant au golive sur votre périmètre. Post Golive, vous assurerez la formation des Key Users et le support N2/N3.
A ce poste clé, vous assurez des responsabilités importantes de coordination des flux entre les différentes équipes. Interface entre le métier et les équipes techniques, vous êtes le garant des améliorations faisant converger la solution et le besoin.
