Your role
The team of 12-15 people that you will manage is composed of project managers, functional experts and developers. It is tructured in self-organized teams and driven by objectives. Your role covers 2 major lines: ->For about 35%, an operational project leader role within the team, responsible for a portfolio of clients ->A Team Leader role up to about 65%, who acts as a link between the team and management, ensuring the smooth running of the team. As such, you support your team in its growth, organization and delivery of ERP projects for its customers. As a Team Lead, you represent the Business Unit to the clients. It means you are the go-to person for escalation related matters, as well as for external events and meetings. As the ERP Business Team Leader, you manage the individual KPIs, annual appraisals, targets. You are involved in the recruitment efforts, training and onboarding of the new resources.

Your Profile
Consequently, this position is very challenging and very central in the organic growth of the Business Unit and the company. It provides you with a full, end-to-end overview of the projects, the development of new solutions, the relationship with the clients, anticipating and meeting market expectations. This function is very much multi-angle, at the very crossroad of most of the company’s flows.
Therefore, it requires a strong experience in a similar role, or, for instance, as a confirmed project manager with a will to take team leading responsibilities. Logically, you display solid skills in communication, with a proven ability to gather teammates around a common team project. You are a structured, organized professional, keen on taking challenges. You appreciate working with colleagues from different European countries and in several languages (English, German, French).

En tant que IT Support Team Lead, vous assurez la direction technique et personnelle de l’équipe constituée de huit collaborateurs que vous soutenez de manière ciblée.
Responsable de la planification du personnel et des ressources, vous savez communiquer clairement et transmettre les informations au sein de l’équipe ainsi qu’auprès des autres équipes IT.
Votre fonction est également directement liée au terrain au sein de l’équipe Support. Vous réceptionnez les problèmes informatiques, vous les traitez et les faites suivre aux services compétents, le cas échéant.
Par exemple, vous apportez un soutien autonome aux utilisateurs pour toutes les questions liées aux postes de travail et aux OS. Vous intervenez également sur les autres logiciels tels qu’antivirus, chiffrement de disque dur, applications MS-Office, applications techniques et commerciales, réglages utilisateur, etc.
Enfin, vous coordonnez la gestion des ressources IT dans Active Directory, ainsi que la création de comptes utilisateurs, de groupes d’autorisation, de dossiers réseaux ou la restauration de données.

As a key role in our client’s ambitious digitalization strategy, we are recruiting their Senior SAP Program Manager in Switzerland.
In this position, you will be responsibile for defining the necessary projects, planning the transformation, coordinating and monitoring a rich, varied and evolving portfolio of projects. It is your role to lead a population of about 10 dedicated project managers.
This newly created role covers a wide scope of Digital Transformation programs. Specifically, the migration to S/4 Hana and the interfacing with the client’s complex IT landscape is the first main phase to embrace.
For the most part, the projects in these programmes are essentially organisational: changes of systems, organisation, processes. They involve about 10 project managers you will lead in dotted line management.
You will report to the Head of Innovation & Transformation. Your main internal interlocutors are the Project Managers, the Business Process Owners, the PMO. Additionally, you also interface with the Steering Committee, the Head of Business Unit, the Head of Digital.
This strategic position requires a significant seniority, including a proven track of record driving a complex migration to SAP S4 Hana.
Consequently, as a successful candidate, you demonstrate agility, a sense of digital and human, the ability to accompany teams through change and to act as a role model. You stand out for your analytical skills and teamwork as well as your great autonomy.
