Our client is looking for their new Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead.
For this position you must be eligible to a Swiss work permit.
Your role will be to interface with business users and leaders in every department to understand their needs and effectively communicate those needs back to the development team / external agencies
You will also: define technical solutions and act in a leadership role to provide technical guidance to team members within an Agile Development Environment. Write technical specifications for new developments of the platform, testing and validating developments made by external agencies, arbitrating technical choices and coordinating the project.
Translate the business requirements into Technical System Requirements and Technical Design Specifications Act as Technical Architect for all project related to Salesforce products and satellites systems (OMS) and resolve major issues impacting delivery Implement Salesforce solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability
Lead release and deployment processes for assigned projects with support of internal developers / external agencies Diagnose and solve technical problems related to Commerce Cloud platform and process linked to external platforms / 3rd party platform
Manage technical risks related to complexity, data integration, scalability and performance Develop and independently run global projects end-to-end, including ownership to ensure successful planning, execution, analysis and communication of projects Stay updated about Salesforce platforms, releases, and new features & functionalities
Notre client est une société suisse à taille humaine, filiale d’un grand groupe, marque majeure active au niveau mondial. Nous recherchons son nouveau Business Analyst SAP qui intégrera leur petite équipe IT pour un démarrage ASAP.
A ce poste clé, vous serez le Business Analyst référent pour l’ensemble des clients internes et externes de la société sur les flux transverses SAP . Vous accompagnerez les différents métiers dans la maintenance évolutive de leur Run mais aussi dans la mise en place de leurs projets de transformation.
Vous assurez des responsabilités importantes de coordination et priorisation des flux avec les différentes équipes, et vous avez à ce poste une vue d’ensemble des flux de la société dans SAP. Interface avec les différentes business lines, les équipes techniques, mais aussi SPOC des autres interlocuteurs groupe (SAP CC, autres business analysts) et hors groupe dans la mise en place des best practices. Vous êtes le garant des améliorations faisant converger la solution et le besoin.
Un focus plus particulier est porté sur les modules MM et PP et leur intégration avec les autres modules notamment FI, CO, SD, QM, PM, et fera appel à de bonnes connaissances des processus métier.
Our client is one of the most renowned Swiss brands. For their S4 Hana migration project, we are recruiting their next Senior SAP S4 Hana Business Analyst , Sourcing & Procurement (m/f).
This position reports to the Head of IT. You are the strategic referent to the Sales Business line, and participate actively to the migration to S/4HANA .
You will run the workshops with the Business stakeholders, design and implement the solution, act as the L2/L3 support SPOC and coordinate with the developers, and ensure the delivery for your Business Line, including and carrying out the unit tests and, if necessary, integration and non-regression tests.
You will ensure the Change management to the Business stakeholders, coach, lead, train them.
