CRM & global E-mail Specialist

We are currently searching a senior CRM & global E-mail specialist for a large, global Swiss company. The position is bas at the client’s global HQ.

In this position you will cover 2 roles:

  • You will be Responsible for the global newsletter program, and as such be in charge of driving the email & newsletter strategy and operational actions at global scale (loyalty, trigger email, transactional email, click& collect, social media…)
  • Handle markets’ needs and manage the email structure, in line with the main collection
  • launches, collaborations and the marketing focuses
  • Train the local team for their newsletter campaigns management
  • Ensure a daily support to the local team and challenge on analytics and main KPIs
  • Monitor and constantly improve the campaigns based on testing
  • Track and analyse visitors behaviour on the platforms using Web Analytics
  • You will actively participate to the migration from the current CRM solution to a fully integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud marketing automation

Junior e-Commerce Lead (m/f)

On behalf of one of our clients, leader in the luxury industry, we are looking for their new junior e-Commerce Lead. This is a newly created fixed position for a Junior candidate with a previous 3 year experience.

This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing and is based at the global HQ of the brand. Your role will be to manage the overall content related to product launches and advertising campaigns for product information, imagery, digital campaigns, social media and other digital assets with all internal and external business partners.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Fully support online business development 360° and KPI’s monitoring
  • Drive overall e-commerce operations and new markets local roll out
  • Liaise with local e-commerce, marketing managers and sales department to ensure key brand focuses are implemented
  • Develop web merchandising initiatives
  • Coordinate the support to business partners about the client’s online presence in their digital platforms
  • Consolidate digital marketing reporting on results and analytics
