Head of Sales Consulting (h/f)

Pour l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons la/le nouveau Head of Sales Consulting qui prendra la tête d’une équipe de 5-10 personnes. La société est une solide PME faisant partie d’un grand groupe, qui jouit d’une forte réputation positive dans le service logiciel aux entreprises.

A ce poste, vous avez pour tâche de mettre en place la stratégie de développement de l’entreprise en collaboration avec la direction
Vous encadrez les membres de votre équipe dans leurs domaines fonctionnels ou techniques (métier, produit, méthode)
Vous proposez de nouvelles évolutions pour optimiser le service auprès du client
Vous représentez la société auprès des partenaires, influenceurs, organisations, clients, partenaires,etc.

Vous assurez la responsabilité des metrics:
Définition des objectifs et prévisions de ventes , Stratégie de développement , Gestion et validation du pipeline , Forecast & planning , Budget , Plan stratégique et opérationnel des ventes, ainsi que l’encadrement et la formation de votre équipe

Vous réalisez le suivi administratif du team:
Analyse hebdomadaire des objectifs/résultats et KPIs, entretiens d’évaluation
Analyse des besoins du team et élaboration du plan de formation continue
Recrutement et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
Planification des campagnes et des actions de marketing/communication avec le département Marketing, veille technologique

Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer

One of our major clients is opening a new position as a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to reinforce their web development team.

If you’re technically highly skilled with a 5 year minimum full-stack development experience (#HTML5, #CSS , #React, #Node.js)

If you have experience working with an #ecommerce platform preferably #Salesforcecommercecloud on #SFRA and building #microservices, #headless and #API on at least one multichannel and multilingual project, this one is for you. You should be able to integrate SFCC with other systems via REST/SOAP.

In this position, you will be:

-Leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of any Web, mobile and e Commerce solutions solution design, development, implementation and operations
-Quickly able to develop solutions on the current ecommerce platform and other in-house systems
-Able to handle the projects technically
-Working collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers
-Providing timely support to the business team in their day to day operations
-In charge of analysing the change request and new requirements from the business
-Creating documents and maintain processes and information flows
-Supporting the Digital IT strategy and current systems
-Display a high level understanding of IT and supply chain related topics

CRM & global E-mail Specialist

We are currently searching a senior CRM & global E-mail specialist for a large, global Swiss company. The position is bas at the client’s global HQ.

In this position you will cover 2 roles:

  • You will be Responsible for the global newsletter program, and as such be in charge of driving the email & newsletter strategy and operational actions at global scale (loyalty, trigger email, transactional email, click& collect, social media…)
  • Handle markets’ needs and manage the email structure, in line with the main collection
  • launches, collaborations and the marketing focuses
  • Train the local team for their newsletter campaigns management
  • Ensure a daily support to the local team and challenge on analytics and main KPIs
  • Monitor and constantly improve the campaigns based on testing
  • Track and analyse visitors behaviour on the platforms using Web Analytics
  • You will actively participate to the migration from the current CRM solution to a fully integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud marketing automation
